Returns Policy
Orders for items that are produced to your specification, for example made to order doors, drawer fronts and accessories, cannot be cancelled if those orders have been placed with our suppliers. Once these goods have been delivered they can only be returned if the goods were misdescribed, or are not of satisfactory quality or reasonably fit for the purpose when delivered and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction. We are not able to accept returns of items worked on for customers (eg doors drilled for hinges).
We also offer a 7 day returns period for "Off the shelf" goods, allowing you to cancel your contract in respect of the goods for up to 7 days after they have been delivered. You can cancel all or part of the contract. Returns must be received within 7 days of receipt and in original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of return. Carriage costs will not be refunded.
