Limit Of Our Liability

Our entire liability to you under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the price paid for the Goods you have purchased through the Site.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your order is accepted.

We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these conditions by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Such events include (but are not limited to) acts of God, terrorism, war, riot, industrial action, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, drought, storm, earthquakes, natural disasters, and difficulty or increased expense in obtaining materials.

Where you buy as a consumer, these Terms and Conditions will not affect your rights under law which cannot be otherwise excluded.
